The Star and Dove’s Eamon cures his meats and makes his sausages on site. You can buy his excellent homemade sausages – named ‘Buster’s Bangers’ in honour of his baby boy – every day in the pub (just ask behind the bar/in the restaurant), or you can come along to the market on Saturdays, where they are on sale all day.
You can also order them in the morning and they will be ready to pick up later in the afternoon ready for tea!
