Chipping Sodbury doing their bit for Pakistan

Once again the people of Chipping Sodbury generously supported the Rotary Club of Chipping Sodbury in raising funds for the Pakistan Flood Appeal. On a wet and miserable Saturday morning Rotary collected £550 in the space of just 4
hours.
The RIBI Donations Trust has set up a Pakistan Flood Appeal with the express purpose of raising funds to aid the affected communities in Pakistan during the reconstruction phase following this emergency. It is not intended as an emergency
response fund – the funds will be restricted in their use.
In this instance the funds raised in the Town will be donated to ShelterBox ensuring that emergency aid and shelter reaches those most in need.
